{"id":243465,"date":"2025-10-22T12:12:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:12:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/243465\/"},"modified":"2025-10-22T12:12:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:12:07","slug":"two-pittsburgh-area-high-school-golfers-go-back-to-back-win-pennsylvania-state-championships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/243465\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Pittsburgh-area high school golfers go back-to-back, win Pennsylvania state championships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two high school golfers added their names to Pennsylvania&#8217;s history books on Tuesday by winning back-to-back state championship titles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.post-gazette.com\/sports\/hsother\/2025\/10\/21\/kittsley-piaa-golf-sacriponte-mya-morgan\/stories\/202510200075\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Fox Chapel&#8217;s Carson Kittsley and Elizabeth Forward&#8217;s Mya Morgan<\/a> each won gold on Tuesday at Penn State University, defending their PIAA titles from a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>Kittsley, a junior and Penn State recruit, became just the third WPIAL boys golfer to win back-to-back PIAA titles since 1935.
