(WITN) &#8211; A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued for customers of Martin County Water District 1, affecting those living in the northwest portion of the county.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Martin County announced consumers may experience low water pressure and outages at this time.
