(KGO) &#8212; One of the teenagers involved in a deadly Marin County crash is facing charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The driver&#8217;s attorney, Charles Dresow, confirmed with ABC7 News I-Team reporter Melanie Woodrow on Wednesday, the driver has been charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence with two infractions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The two infractions were:<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">VC 22350, which is a speeding infraction for driving at a speed that is &#8220;unsafe for prevailing conditions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">VC 12814.6(B)(1)(B), which is license infraction for a driver with a provisional license transporting passengers under 20 years of age during the first 12 months since obtaining a license without a licensed parent or guardian.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">RELATED: <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abc7news.com\/post\/marin-county-crash-family-member-attorney-respond-chp-report-accident-killed-4-teens-injured-2-april-2025\/18008012\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CHP report on Marin Co. crash that killed 4 teens reveals driver was speeding; family responds<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Four teens were killed in the April 2025 crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The victims killed were Ada Kepley, Josy Osborn, Olive Koren and Sienna Katz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The driver and one passenger survived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">According to a California Highway Patrol Report, the teen driver of a vehicle that crashed into a tree in Marin County on April 18 at 7:25 p.m. was traveling at an unsafe speed between 60-65 miles per hour, in a 40-mile-per-hour zone.
