Stellan Skarsg\u00e5rd\u00a0is shedding light on a heartbreaking situation.<\/p>\n
The Swedish actor, 74, revealed how the \u201cnepo baby\u201d label is affecting his son Kolbj\u00f6rn, 13, in school.<\/p>\n

When his pals at school call him nepo baby, he gets so sad,\u201d the film star explained. \u201cHe doesn\u2019t have any friends at school. He gets isolated.
