Savannah Guthrie<\/a> isn\u2019t letting a little wardrobe malfunction get her down.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

The Today<\/a> anchor kicked off Thursday\u2019s episode of Jenna & Friends by revealing on live television to cohost Jenna Bush Hager<\/a> and the entire country that she had a hole in her pleather pants.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cHold on, hot mama,\u201d Bush Hager said as she paused for a moment to take in Guthrie\u2019s all-black ensemble, which featured a sleek blazer, pleather Spanx leggings, and sparkling heels.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you, these shoes are\u2026\u201d Guthrie began, before another portion of her outfit caught her attention. \u201cBut look, I have a big hole in my Spanx. Hole in my Spanx pleather.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

Guthrie then proceeded to lift up her right leg, showcasing a small but visible hole just below her right knee. She then threw her right hand up in the air as if to say ‘oh well’ before taking her seat behind the Jenna & Friends desk.\n<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have coined this day \u2018Hole in my Spanx,\u2019\u201d Bush Hager joked in response to the mini wardrobe malfunction. She added, \u201cIt’s a metaphor for everything.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

But Guthrie isn\u2019t giving up on the pleather pants just yet. She explained in a video on the Today with SiriusXM Instagram account<\/a> that she intends to wear the pants to Bon Jovi<\/a>‘s 2026 tour.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\u201cOh for sure, leath-ah weath-ah!\u201d Guthrie exclaimed. \u201cActually, it\u2019s pleath-ah, pleath-ah weath-ah. They\u2019re Spanx, literally, Spanx.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

Earlier that morning, Guthrie sat down with lead singer Jon Bon Jovi<\/a> to discuss the upcoming tour \u2014\u00a0the band\u2019s first since he underwent major vocal cord surgery in 2022<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\u201cI think I can confidently say I can do my two and a half hours night after night after night,\u201d Bon Jovi said. \u201cThe road has been long. It\u2019s been tough, but I persevered.\u201d\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
