ULM head women\u2019s basketball coach Scotty Fletcher another addition to his staff for the 2025-26 season on Thursday (July 10). Elise Johnson joins the staff as the newest assistant coach and director of basketball operations for the Warhawks.

Johnson arrives from Mississippi State, where she spent two seasons with the women\u2019s basketball team as a student manager. Prior to her time with women\u2019s basketball, she spent a season with the football team as a recruiting intern. After working under Mississippi State head coach Sam Purcell, she was promoted to head student manager to close out her collegiate career.

Johnson earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in sports administration, with a concentration in business, from Mississippi State in May 2025.<\/p>\n
