She had a rare form of\u00a0Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease that causes nerve damage in the body. \u201cWe are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th. She was 23,\u201d her agency <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DQE4faCDeu7\/?img_index=2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wrote<\/a> on October 21. \u201cI\u2019ve known Izzy since she was a teenager and she recently returned to acting. She booked the first series she auditioned for, 9-1-1 Nashville. She had a wonderful time.\u201d Outside of acting, Tate graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in business and loved volunteering with animals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.vulture.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmh406joi000c3b78cw1ydsdc@published\" data-word-count=\"162\">On her episode of 9-1-1: Nashville, which premiered on October 9, Tate played Julie, a woman at a bar who receives a lap dance from Blue (Hunter McVey). McVey shared his condolences to her family and remembered his first time on set with actress. \u201cI was shocked to hear the news. I didn\u2019t know Isabelle prior to filming, but I couldn\u2019t have asked for someone better to work with on one of my first ever days on set,\u201d McVey told <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/9-1-1-nashville-actress-isabelle-tate-dies-at-23-11835938\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">People<\/a>. \u201cI was terrified, nervous, and after each take we would get to exchange a couple words which were always supportive from her. I got the pleasure of talking with her after the scene and she had such a great energy. You could tell she brought joy to a lot of people. I\u2019m thankful I got a chance to work with Isabelle and that a part of her will live on forever in the pilot episode of\u00a09-1-1 Nashville.
