1. With a projected size of 90,000 sf and a budget of $300M, the cost per square foot would be $3,333. No building costs anywhere near that. $1,000\/sf is astronomical.<\/p>\n
2. Assuming a drawing in the classical style according to the Golden Ratio, the building footprint is 380feet by 235feet.<\/p>\n
3. It\u2019s supposed to be a ballroom for 999 people. 20sf\/person is pretty comfortable. That\u2019s only 20,000 sf. Add in 10,000 sf for support functions and another 10,000 sf for pre-function, extraordinarily generous, that\u2019s still only 40,000 sf. Leaving 50,000 sf.<\/p>\n
4. The renderings of the building exterior and interior don\u2019t match. The interior shows a room of about 200×100.
