Virginia Tech started strong with Philip Montgomery calling plays, winning its first two games, but the Hokies have since come back to earth\u2014dropping their last two both straight up and against the spread.<\/p>\n
They\u2019ve covered only once all season and now enter as 5-point home favorites against the visiting Cal Golden Bears.<\/p>\n

The speedy slot wideout has already hauled in 47 receptions this season for 406 yards and is coming off a breakout performance against UNC, where he caught 13 passes for 105 yards and a TD.<\/p>\n His receiving yards prop against the Hokies is at a very reasonable 56.5, a number he’ll eclipse for the third time in four games.<\/p>\n When Cal gets into the red zone, JKS likes to target his big-bodied and ironically named tight end, Mason Mini<\/a>. Mostly because I don\u2019t believe the Golden Bears should be underdogs in this game.
