In the episode, Victoria reflects on her eating and exercise habits, saying she &#8220;managed to turn an unhealthy obsession with food into a healthy relationship, meaning it&#8217;s about balance, it&#8217;s about healthy, working out,&#8221; she says.<\/p>\n<p>You may like<\/p>\n<p class=\"paywall\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&#8220;David helped me do that. David changed my workout around. I was doing cardio, cardio, cardio. All I wanted to do was burn, burn, burn. It sets me up for the day. As well as being a way to get the muscles warm before other activity and boost cardiovascular fitness, walking up stairs challenges the quads, hamstrings, calves, and glute muscles, making it a workout in itself.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria has also been a fan of <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/fitness\/treadmill-workout\/\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/fitness\/treadmill-workout\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">treadmill workouts<\/a> in recent years. He comes in, he wants to chit-chat. I&#8217;m hardcore in the gym. After her cardio session, she does &#8220;30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/fitness\/how-to-do-a-plank\/\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/fitness\/how-to-do-a-plank\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">planks<\/a> and that kind of thing&#8221; for her core.<\/p>\n<p>Taking to <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/victoriabeckham\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/victoriabeckham\/?hl=en\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram<\/a> in 2023, she revealed that she uses weights for her workouts but also &#8220;a combination of <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/how-to-do-resistance-band-exercises\/\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.womanandhome.com\/health-wellbeing\/how-to-do-resistance-band-exercises\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">resistance band exercises<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-mobility-exercises-and-stretching\" class=\"paywall\" aria-hidden=\"true\" href=\"\" data-url=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/>Mobility exercises and stretching<\/p>\n<p id=\"b1a842ed-0e17-4ae0-8007-7a7a35fc0fd3\">Ask any personal trainer and they&#8217;ll tell you how valuable a good warm up and cool down is in an exercise routine. A warm up gets your muscles warm and ready to exercise and the heart pumping blood a little faster around the body. A cool down does the opposite and helps prevent lactic acid build-up, which can be uncomfortable.<\/p>\n<p>It seems like Victoria knows this too, as she said on Instagram: &#8220;Before and after every session, it&#8217;s key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the workout itself!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-92af4c08-9323-4885-a565-f7218f58fd29\" class=\"paywall\" aria-hidden=\"true\" href=\"\" data-url=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/>How often does Victoria Beckham work out?<\/p>\n<p id=\"8be1fa83-8f02-4d49-8469-485a9d196072\">Victoria says that she works out &#8220;every day&#8221; when she&#8217;s at home, taking breaks when she travels for work so she can &#8220;get as much done as possible in a short trip and get home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Husband David revealed this to be true when he was interviewed by <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/workouts\/a61067910\/david-and-victoria-beckham-workout-routine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/workouts\/a61067910\/david-and-victoria-beckham-workout-routine\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\">Men&#8217;s Health<\/a> last year. &#8220;We do five days a week, sometime six, together,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>While it&#8217;s always interesting to know what celebrities are up to if you&#8217;re interested in fitness, it&#8217;s important to exercise in a way that works for you, which may not be with intensity every day.
