{"id":251999,"date":"2025-10-26T04:42:13","date_gmt":"2025-10-26T04:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/251999\/"},"modified":"2025-10-26T04:42:13","modified_gmt":"2025-10-26T04:42:13","slug":"fallen-trees-impacting-travel-in-sw-washington","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/251999\/","title":{"rendered":"Fallen trees impacting travel in SW Washington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>              Fallen trees impacting travel in SW Washington<\/p>\n<p class=\"pubStamp\">Published 9:06 pm Saturday, October 25, 2025<\/p>\n<p>NORTH COUNTY \u2014 Strong wind from an offshore low-pressure system downed many trees and resulted in a highway closure Saturday night, Oct. 25, in north Pacific County.<\/p>\n<p>The Washington State Patrol authorized the complete shutdown of State Route 105 between Raymond and Tokeland at about 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Trees were also partially obstructing U.S. Highway 101 in places, including near Bone River.<\/p>\n<p>State Route 8 between Aberdeen and Olympia is also impacted by fallen trees.<\/p>\n<p>For ongoing updates about highway conditions, see https:\/\/wsdot.com\/Travel\/Real-time\/Map\/<\/p>\n<p>A tree fell onto the roadway on 3rd Street in Raymond after a strong gust on Oct. 25 and hit a truck as it drove by.
