GIFT Nifty<\/a> (Earlier SGX Nifty) signals a muted start
GIFT Nifty on the NSE IX traded lower by 6 points, or 0.02 per cent, at 25,027, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for muted start on Monday.Tech View: The index stayed above the 50-day moving average (50DMA) and appears poised for a short-term pullback after a sharp correction. However, it remains a \u2018sell on rise\u2019 as long as it trades below 25,260. On the downside, selling may intensify if it breaks below 24,900.India VIX: India VIX, which is a measure of the fear in the markets, rose 1.33% to settle at 11.39 levels.
