Let&#8217;s see the numbers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"799\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761693910_419_gsmarena_001.jpg\" alt=\"Xiaomi 17 Pro Max battery life and charging test results\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max puts its massive 7,500mAh battery to good use, scoring more than 4 hours of active use over the Xiaomi 15T Pro (which, granted, has 2,000mAh less battery). You need to look at the likes of the <a href=\"oppo_find_x9_pro-review-2894p3.php#bt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oppo Find X9 Pro<\/a> to find a better Active Use Score. Still, the Xiaomi is better in some individual tests &#8211; it has 12 hours more in the call test, and a few minutes more in the video playback test.<\/p>\n<p>The 29 hours dead the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max was able to achieve is pretty impressive.<\/p>\n<p>Moving on to charging, and the results are less impressive this time. But that&#8217;s to be expected &#8211; huge batteries are harder to charge quickly.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761693910_98_gsmarena_002.jpg\" alt=\"Xiaomi 17 Pro Max battery life and charging test results\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A quarter of an hour on the 100W HyperCharge brick of the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max will get you 42% back. That&#8217;s still impressive, matching last year&#8217;s Xiaomi 15 Ultra and sitting slightly behind the 15T Pro with its smaller battery (and slightly slower charger).<\/p>\n<p>The results scale around the same way in the 30-minute test &#8211; the 15T Pro is first, followed by the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. The Find X9 Pro is way behind after 30 minutes, sitting at 54%. The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max was up to 100% in 1 hour and 2 minutes.
