Krupa, 45, explained that while she\u2019s not opposed to reality TV altogether, rejoining a show as dramatic as \u201cReal Housewives\u201d didn\u2019t feel right.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWould I be against [the] reality [TV] world? Not at all. Would I be against this type of reality? Yes,\u201d she said. \u201cI wouldn\u2019t want my daughter to see mama in that kind of a situation because those shows are dramatic.\u201d<\/p>\n
Joanna Krupa told Page Six Radio on SiriusXM why she wasn\u2019t interested in rejoining \u201cThe Real Housewives of Miami\u201d when it was rebooted in 2021. Patrice Arthea<\/p>\n
The reality show recently wrapped its seventh season. <\/p>\n
The mother of one \u2014 who shares daughter Asha, 5, with ex-husband Douglas Nunes \u2014 noted that \u201cif you have no drama,\u201d women are in danger of losing their spot in the franchise.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019re boring and you\u2019re going to get canceled,\u201d said Krupa, who appeared as a full-time cast member in Seasons 2 and 3 from 2012 until 2013. \u201cSo we all know these women will go out of their way \u2014 even if it was their best friend at one moment, they will backstab them eventually. They will go below the belt eventually.\u201d<\/p>\n
Because of that, Krupa said \u201cRHOM\u201d was \u201cdefinitely not something\u201d that she wanted to revisit. <\/p>\n
The unscripted hit, which currently airs on Bravo, just wrapped its seventh season, and stars OGs Alexia Nepola, Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, Marysol Patton and Adriana de Moura, plus newbies Stephanie Shojaee, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova and Kiki Barth.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Krupa, who splits her time between Los Angeles and her native Poland \u2014 where she hosts \u201cPoland\u2019s Next Top Model\u201d \u2014 said she\u2019s fully content with the way her career and personal life have evolved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m satisfied with my life. I\u2019m very grateful for my projects, for my TV show in Poland. It\u2019s a show I\u2019ve been doing for 14 years,\u201d the model shared.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cIt opened other doors for me where I have my own perfume line, I have other things that I\u2019m working on. So I\u2019m definitely content. I don\u2019t need a show like \u2018Miami\u2019 to pay my bills \u2026 I\u2019m not going to sell my soul to make a living like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Krupa admitted that her \u201cRHOM\u201d experience was also emotionally taxing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes, memes pop up on social media or somebody messages you when there\u2019s reruns. I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh my gosh, embarrassing!\u2019\u201d she said with a laugh. \u201cBut that show was tough for me because most of the girls that are on \u2018Housewives,\u2019 they become successful and then later, maybe they do other things.\u201d<\/p>\n
By contrast, Krupa joined \u201cHousewives\u201d as a well-known name \u2014 and that, she feels, made her a target.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me, I already did \u2018Dancing With the Stars,\u2019 I did \u2018Superstars\u2019 for ABC, I did over 100 [magazine] covers worldwide,\u201d she said. \u201cSo I was, in a way, accomplished to a level. So for me, coming on to that show, I felt like there were vultures on every corner. I felt like I was constantly being looked upon because they were waiting to say something or do something to be so dramatic. So for me, it was very stressful.\u201d<\/p>\n
Still, Krupa maintains a few fond friendships from her \u201cHousewives\u201d days. \u201cI stay in touch with Ana Quincoces, Lea Black and Karent Sierra,\u201d she told Page Six Radio. \u201cThey were all great girls who I loved getting to know.\u201d<\/p>\n
