And that\u2019s when we got the introduction to Melissa. When Melissa hit, then it was another round, and that\u2019s when it got even more intense,\u201d he told CNN\u2019s Rosemary Church.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmhboe93c000f3b6pwc3p9sc1@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cAs she\u2019s leaving, we\u2019re still having a lot of wind and rain.
