Eight Premier League stars have been nominated for the October 2025 EA SPORTS Player of the Month award, and you can help to decide who wins.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cash highlighted both his defensive and attacking qualities in October. He helped Aston Villa<\/a> earn their second win of the season in a 2-1 victory over Burnley<\/a> before producing a brilliant pass that led to the winning goal against Tottenham Hotspur<\/a>. The Poland international capped off an outstanding month by scoring the only goal in Villa’s 1-0 victory over Manchester City<\/a>, a strike that ended Man City’s nine-match unbeaten run in all competitions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Newcastle United<\/a> captain scored two of his team’s five goals in October. He scored a long-range screamer in a 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest<\/a> before producing a 90th-minute winner against Fulham<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Haaland scored all three of Man City’s goals in October, taking him to 11 Premier League goals for the season, five more than any other player.\u00a0The Norwegian’s first goal was a showcase of power and precision as he shrugged off the challenge of Brentford<\/a> defender Sepp van den Berg<\/a> to secure a 1-0 away victory<\/a> and give Pep Guardiola his 250th top-flight win in charge of Man City. Haaland followed that up with a second-half double in a 2-0 success over Everton<\/a> that moved him up to 96 career Premier League goals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old Frenchman was in electric form as he scored three times in just two matches for Bournemouth<\/a>. He marked his full debut for the Cherries with a brace in a 3-3 draw at Crystal Palace<\/a> and then scored the second goal in a 2-0 win<\/a> against Forest<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mbeumo enjoyed a stellar October for Manchester United<\/a>, with his four goal involvements helping them win all three league matches. He created the opener in a 2-0 home win over Sunderland<\/a>, before taking just 62 seconds to score at Liverpool<\/a>, helping United secure a first Premier League win at Anfield since 2015. The Cameroon international saved his best performance for the end of the month, as he scored twice in a 4-2 victory<\/a> over Brighton<\/a> at Old Trafford to end October with a league-high four direct goal involvements.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The French defender has been at the heart of Sunderland<\/a>‘s excellent campaign so far. He put the Black Cats ahead during their 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers<\/a> and helped them keep their only clean sheet of the month. Away to Chelsea<\/a>, Mukiele’s long throw wreaked havoc in the home defence and led to Wilson Isidor<\/a> equalising in a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory<\/a> which meant Sunderland ended the month in fourth place.<\/p>\n

Striker Igor Thiago continued his impressive form in front of goal, scoring twice in three matches during October. Away to West Ham United<\/a>, the Brazilian scored the opening goal en route to a\u00a02-0 win<\/a>. He then converted a penalty which proved decisive in a 3-2 victory over defending champions Liverpool<\/a>. He is now level with Antoine Semenyo<\/a> on six goals in the league, only behind Haaland in the Golden Boot race.<\/p>\n

Arsenal<\/a>‘s right-back had a dominant month, with no side able to score past the Gunners’ mean defence in October. The Dutchman’s physical strength and technical precision have made him a nightmare for opposition wingers, with Timber helping the Premier League leaders to three successive London derby wins, over West Ham<\/a>, Fulham<\/a> and Palace<\/a>.<\/p>\n
