The school shared photos of the unexpected guest on Facebook, calling it \u201ca beautiful lynx\u201d that \u201cgraced our campus&#8230; just doing majestic cat things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The post described the sighting as \u201can incredible and rare treat\u201d and celebrated the wild visitor as an \u201chonored guest\u201d &#8211; a nod to Alaska\u2019s unique connection with wildlife, even in suburban settings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lynx sightings in populated areas are uncommon but not unheard of, especially during the fall and winter months. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">See a spelling or grammar error?
