The second floor has four bedrooms and two baths. In the primary suite, there\u2019s a curved window wall and windows overlooking the woods. The Grants\u2019 Asian travels influenced the Japanese-inspired bathroom, which has a cedar-paneled soaking tub.<\/p>\n

The 4,060-square-foot home has accommodated the Grants through many phases of life, and that\u2019s by design. The lower level has a separate entrance, a bedroom and bath, and a family room, making it perfect for the family\u2019s live-in nanny when \u200bthe couple\u2019s two children were little. When they got older, a teenager\u2019s lair. E\u200bventually, \u200bPeter turned the bedroom into an office.<\/p>\n

A huge built-in window seat (another Susanka hallmark) under an arched window in the family room was \u200ba favorite location for the kids\u2019 stuffed animals. Later, it became a spot for party guests to sit and chat. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis house has all kinds of places to tuck in and play, read a book or have a conversation. That was all Sarah,\u201d Anett Grant said. \u201cShe knew how to make a house feel comfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n

The home\u2019s three-story turret, however, was all Anett Grant, who loves circles and asked for one.
