Ex-Manchester United winger Nani has explained why he thinks his former club needs to sign \u201ccomplete\u201d Tottenham Hotspur star Joao Palhinha.<\/p>\n
The centre-midfielder joined Spurs <\/a>in the summer after previously shining in the Premier League with Fulham, though he struggled to break into Bayern Munich\u2019s starting XI.<\/p>\n Palhinha has impressed for Tottenham at the start of this campaign and has already proven to be one of the signings of the season in the Premier League.<\/p>\n Man Utd <\/a>have previously been linked with Palhinha and they are going to be in the market for a No.6 next year after failing to land Carlos Baleba in the summer.<\/p>\n Nani thinks Palhinha has two qualities that would ensure that he \u201cfits into Man United\u2019s DNA\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cJoao Palhinha is a great player. I played with him at Sporting, where he was growing and learning a lot. He\u2019s become a complete player in his position.<\/p>\n \u201cI think he\u2019s a great player and can do really well for Tottenham. He had an opportunity with Bayern and we\u2019re not sure what will happen next season, but he\u2019s a player who can play for any team in the world.<\/p>\n \u201cHe just needs to be consistent and fit, as injuries sometimes cause problems.
