The proposal is looking to add well over a hundred units, averaging over 37 units per acre. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/city-ventures\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">City Ventures<\/a> is the project developer.<\/p>\n<p>Construction will produce 13 four-story buildings, each containing between seven and twenty units. Once complete, the project will produce 143 for-sale residences, including 43 units of affordable housing for a range of incomes. Illustrations show that the contemporary-style townhomes will be articulated to visually distinguish units. Site amenities will include a dog park, community garden, bike racks, paseos, and private patios.<\/p>\n<p>The 3.8-acre property is located along Coleman Avenue between Brokaw Road and Carl Street. The site is half a block away from <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/gateway-crossings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gateway Crossing<\/a>, where <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/holland-partners-group\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Holland Partner Group<\/a> recently opened the first phase of the mid-rise masterplan with over seven hundred units and a public park facing Brokaw Road.
