\n\tBowen Yang appeared as former U.S. Congressman George Santos during \u201cWeekend Update\u201d on \u201cSaturday Night Live,\u201d where he spoke with co-host Colin Jost about what he\u2019s been up to following his prison release. <\/p>\n
\n\tDuring the segment, Jost referenced the upcoming New York City marathon happening before reluctantly introducing Santos as \u201cthe world\u2019s number one marathoner.\u201d <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cCan you believe I just finished the marathon?\u201d Yang\u2019s Santos said, to which Jost replied, \u201cThe marathon is tomorrow.\u201d <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cYeah, well, it\u2019s a record. I already won!\u201d Yang\u2019s Santos said. <\/p>\n
\n\tIn October, President Donald Trump commuted the prison sentence of Santos, who had been sentenced to over seven years for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. Since his release, the disgraced ex-politician has embarked on a media comeback tour. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cI\u2019m going on all these shows to tell the truth about what it\u2019s like in prison,\u201d Yang said as Santos. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cWell, wasn\u2019t your prison only, like, minimum security?\u201d Jost asked. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cThat\u2019s right, I was in jail with other white-collar criminals \u2014 even though I\u2019m Black,\u201d Yang\u2019s Santos said. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cYou\u2019re not Black,\u201d Jost told him. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cAre you accusing me of lying about my race, like Rachel Dolezal, that horrible woman who lied about being Black? Remember her?\u201d Yang\u2019s Santos asked. \u201c\u2018Cause that was me.\u201d <\/p>\n
\n\tLater during their conversation, Yang\u2019s Santos said that he\u2019s rich now because he \u201cjust took a trip to the Louvre.\u201d He then unzipped his top to reveal a large necklace. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cDid you steal that?\u201d Jost asked. <\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cStole it back, you mean,\u201d Yang\u2019s Santos replied. \u201cBecause it belonged to my ancestors \u2014 the Zales.\u201d <\/p>\n
\n\tElsewhere during the \u201cWeekend Update\u201d segment, co-host Michael Che mentioned that King Charles had stripped his brother, Prince Andrew, of his royal title due to his connections to convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cPrince Andrew has been stripped of his royal title of \u2018Prince\u2019 due to his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, and Andrew says he can only become a prince again if he gets a kiss from a young princess,\u201d Che joked.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe latest \u201cWeekend Update\u201d also poked fun at Trump\u2019s White House bathroom model, Texas suing Tylenol over an alleged link to autism, and Japan\u2019s new prime minister, Sanae Takaichi, announcing that she is nominating Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.<\/p>\n
