The\u00a0Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a>\u00a0will host the New Orleans Pelicans<\/a> on Sunday. This is the third of a three-game homestand for OKC. This will be the first matchup of the season between the two squads.<\/p>\n

The Thunder (6-0) eventually pulled away in a 127-108 win<\/a> over the Washington Wizards<\/a> on Thursday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 31 points in three quarters. Isaiah Joe and Ajay Mitchell each scored 20 points in the relaxed victory.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Pelicans (0-5) had a heartbreaker in their 126-124 loss to the LA Clippers<\/a> on Friday. Kawhi Leonard scored the game-winner in the final second. He went off for 34 points. He spoiled Zion Williamson’s 29 points and Jordan Poole’s 30 points.<\/p>\n
