Both projects are being designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/chicagoyimby.com\/category\/kennedy-mann\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Kennedy Mann<\/a>. The main floor will feature a large lobby that connects to the remaining 52 residential units, consisting of 34 studios and 18 one-bedroom apartments. The development team has already applied for zoning approval from the city, though no price tag or construction timeline has been established.
