A popular singer-songwriter claims she was booted from a Gold\u2019s Gym in Los Angeles after getting into a heated caught-on-camera confrontation with a \u201cman\u201d she had filed complaints against for using the women\u2019s locker room. <\/p>\n
Tish Hyman, a 42-year-old Bronx native, said her membership to the gym chain was revoked on Sunday following the fracas. <\/p>\n

Hyman filmed the brief, one-sided shouting match with the unidentified gymgoer, who was dressed in all black and accessorized with a pair of dangling earrings.<\/p>\n
The person repeatedly asked an irate man who also stormed over who he was before Hyman interjected. <\/p>\n
Hyman alleged the \u201cman\u201d in the locker room harassed her and other women on multiple occasions. Instagram\/@listen2tish<\/p>\n
\u201cNow he knows how to be a man, right? Now he knows how to be a man. Stay outta the women\u2019s locker room! We don\u2019t want it. He needs to have his gym membership revoked for that s\u2013t!\u201d Hyman railed. <\/p>\n
The person asked the gym staffers for some sort of \u201cvideo\u201d that was recorded, but they said that it had been deleted. It\u2019s unclear what the video in question captured.<\/p>\n
Hyman then referenced past complaints she said she filed against the other gymgoer. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe already filed reports. No, no, no! You can\u2019t get rid of me for this! I\u2019m a woman and I have every right not to want a man in the restroom when I\u2019m naked! There are girls naked in there!\u201d Hyman exclaimed.<\/p>\n
Hyman said that the person was also removed from the gym grounds after the confrontation. Instagram\/@listen2tish<\/p>\n
The person, though, just strode right back into the women\u2019s locker room without batting an eye.<\/p>\n
\u201cLook at him walking in there like it\u2019s okay, it\u2019s not okay!\u201d Hyman shouted after them.<\/p>\n
Hyman was escorted to the front of the gym moments later, where she claimed that her membership was revoked.<\/p>\n
In her Instagram post, Hyman alleged that she and other women at the gym filed multiple \u201cwritten reports on this man for coming into our women\u2019s locker room harassing us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another video filmed by passersby captured Hyman reaming out the gym staff shortly before she was booted from the facility.<\/p>\n
\u201cMen! Grown men with big d\u2013ks in the women\u2019s locker room! And that\u2019s why I\u2019m getting kicked out, and I wanna make sure the girls to know!\u201d she fumed. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhat the f\u2013k? Everybody saw that man in the f\u2013king locker room, and no one\u2019s saying s\u2013t! \u2026 Me, naked in front of a man without my permission, but I\u2019m the one who gets kicked out the gym y\u2019all!\u201d Hyman raged as she paced between the desk and a nearby training area.<\/p>\n

Hyman, in a separate post on Instagram, bashed the gym staffers and claimed they \u201cignored [her] safety\u201d even after she \u201ccried and screamed for help.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThey removed him\u2014but then they turned around and terminated my membership too, as if I was being punished for speaking up,\u201d Hyman wrote to her 218,000 followers on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI WAS LITERALLY SCARED. THE WOMEN IN THE GYM ALL AGREED WITH ME. MANY were relieved that someone finally said something out loud. Men had to step up to get him out.\u201d<\/p>\n In the comments, Hyman explained that the gym location had recently been renovated and she called on the chain to install \u201ctrans restrooms.\u201d <\/p>\n She also urged others to \u201ctake a stand\u201d and \u201c#BoycottGoldsGym.\u201d<\/p>\n The Post reached out to the Gold\u2019s Gym location Hyman attended, which was recently acquired by E\u014dS Fitness, for comment. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t
