Matchweek 10 of the 2025\/26 Premier League season featured some superb individual performances.<\/p>\n
We have picked out eight of the best and invite you to vote for your Premier League Player of the Matchweek.<\/p>\n
You have until 12:00 GMT on Wednesday 5 November to cast your vote. The result will be announced later in the day.<\/p>\n
Moises Caicedo<\/a> (Spurs 0-1 Chelsea<\/a>)<\/p>\n Caicedo produced a standout performance as Chelsea<\/a> claimed a commanding away victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Ecuadorian midfielder created the decisive goal with a moment of brilliance, winning the ball twice in one passage of play. He dispossessed Djed Spence<\/a> and then Micky van de Ven<\/a> before setting up Joao Pedro<\/a> to finish from close range.<\/p>\n Caicedo created two goalscoring chances and ranked second in the match for passes in the final third. He was also very effective defensively, making two tackles, four interceptions and seven recoveries in a dominant midfield display.<\/p>\n Watch Caicedo’s Matchweek 10 highlightsDiego Gomez<\/a> (Brighton 3-0 Leeds<\/a>)<\/p>\n The Paraguayan midfielder showcased his goalscoring prowess as Brighton & Hove Albion<\/a> eased to victory over Leeds United<\/a>.<\/p>\n Gomez netted twice in a six-minute spell during the second half and went close to\u00a0scoring a hat-trick when Leeds goalkeeper Lucas Perri denied him with an excellent save.<\/p>\n As well as his two goals, Gomez’s impressive all-round performance also featured two key passes, and he won nine of his 12 duels.<\/p>\n Watch Gomez’s Matchweek 10 highlightsErling Haaland<\/a> (Man City 3-1 Bournemouth<\/a>)<\/p>\n Haaland maintained his remarkable scoring run with another ruthless display at Etihad Stadium, as Manchester City<\/a> overcame an AFC Bournemouth<\/a> side who started the day in second place.<\/p>\n The striker produced two clinical finishes in the first half \u2014 his fourth consecutive brace at home in the Premier League \u2014 to take his tally to 13 league goals this season.<\/p>\n Haaland’s second strike was the seventh consecutive Man City goal he had scored, a streak that ended when team-mate\u00a0Nico O\u2019Reilly<\/a> netted in the second half to make the final score 3-1.<\/p>\n Pep Guardiola praised Haaland after the match, stating he is currently playing at the level of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo<\/a>.<\/p>\n Watch Haaland’s Matchweek 10 highlightsJefferson Lerma<\/a> (Crystal Palace 2-0 Brentford<\/a>)<\/p>\n Lerma made a decisive impact in only his second Premier League start of the season, setting up both goals in Crystal Palace<\/a>\u2019s victory at Selhurst Park.<\/p>\n The Colombian headed Yeremy Pino<\/a>\u2019s free-kick back across goal for Jean-Philippe Mateta<\/a> to open the scoring, before his trademark long throw led to Brentford captain Nathan Collins<\/a> diverting the ball into his own net.<\/p>\n Watch Lerma’s Matchweek 10 highlightsFreddie Potts<\/a> (West Ham 3-1 Newcastle<\/a>)<\/p>\n Potts marked his first Premier League start with a mature and composed display as West Ham United<\/a>\u00a0secured a deserved home win over Newcastle United<\/a>.<\/p>\n The 22-year-old midfielder made six clearances and four tackles, and won five duels. He also created two chances going forward and almost capped his first start with a goal, only for his effort to be ruled out for offside.<\/p>\n Watch Potts’ Matchweek 10 highlightsDeclan Rice<\/a> (Burnley 0-2 Arsenal<\/a>)<\/p>\n Rice delivered yet another dominant all-round performance in midfield as he helped Arsenal<\/a> to secure a 2-0 win which extended their lead at the top of the table.<\/p>\n The England international was involved in both goals at Turf Moor. His deep corner was knocked back by Gabriel Magalhaes<\/a> and nodded in on the goalline by Viktor Gyokeres<\/a>, before Rice doubled Arsenal’s lead himself with a powerful header.<\/p>\n Rice ranked first in several key areas against Burnley<\/a>, with 94 touches and five tackles, as well as winning 100 per cent of his duels (9\/9).<\/p>\n Watch Rice’s Matchweek 10 highlightsRyan Sessegnon<\/a> (Fulham 3-0 Wolves<\/a>)<\/p>\n Fulham<\/a> ended a run of four straight Premier League defeats and this owed much to the display of left-back Sessegnon.<\/p>\n The 25-year-old gave the hosts a ninth-minute lead, showing great composure to slot past Sam Johnstone<\/a> after being played through by Raul Jimenez<\/a>.<\/p>\n Sessegnon also played a part in Fulham\u2019s third goal as his low cross forced an own goal from Wolverhampton Wanderers<\/a>\u00a0defender Yerson Mosquera.<\/a><\/p>\n Watch Sessegnon’s Matchweek 10 highlightsDominik Szoboszlai<\/a> (Liverpool 2-0 Aston Villa<\/a>)<\/p>\n
