\n\tThe 1975<\/a> fans went into somewhat of a frenzy Tuesday when they noticed that \u201cHuman Too,\u201d originally Track 9 on 2022\u2019s Being Funny in a Foreign Language<\/a>, was nowhere to be found on streaming services. <\/p>\n

\n\tOn Tuesday afternoon, Matty Healy<\/a> revealed he decided to pull the song himself \u2014 simply because he didn\u2019t like it on the album anymore.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHey! Human Too was removed from the album so the album is more how I want it to be,\u201d Healy commented on a Reddit thread about the song\u2019s disappearance. \u201cPrevious physical release obviously remains the same.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the subreddit, fans expressed both disappointment and confusion over the song\u2019s removal, since the change was seemingly random. Some speculated it was a marketing move ahead of a new album, while others celebrated owning a physical copy of the record that still includes \u201cHuman Too.\u201d (The track also remains available on the 1975\u2019s YouTube page.)<\/p>\n

\n\tIn his comment, Healy continued by adding that he would probably not retroactively edit any other albums of the band\u2026 Well, maybe. \u201cI am pretty happy with them outside of \u2018What Should I Say\u2019 from Notes On A Conditional Form,\u201d he wrote. \u201cSo that may also be removed, who knows.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHealy then signed off the note: \u201cSending love, Matty xxx.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tA few hours later, a new thread was started in the 1975\u2019s subreddit by a fan begging Healy not to remove \u201cWhat Should I Say,\u201d Track 19, from 2020\u2019s Notes on a Conditional Form. \u201cI am BEGGING YOU MATTY PLEASE DON\u2019T DO THIS! This song is so important to me, I think it\u2019s such a bop, if it has no fans I am dead, if I never got to hear this song again it will be the loss of my life,\u201d the fan wrote. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn a brief message, Healy simply responded<\/a>: \u201cOk no worries x.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen it was first released, Rolling Stone gave Being Funny a four-star review<\/a>, while Notes on a Conditional Form earned a more tepid three stars<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n\t2022\u2019s Being Funny marks the last studio album release by the Healy-fronted band.
