Ozzy Osbourne\u2019s stunning\u00a0West Hollywood, CA, condo\u00a0has hit the market for $2.375 million, less than four months after the rock \u2018n\u2019 roll legend died<\/a> in his native England.<\/p>\n

The swanky high-rise unit, which is listed with\u00a0Jonah Wilson,\u00a0Josh Greer, and\u00a0Rudy Serrato\u00a0of Carolwood Estates, was purchased for $2.25 million in 2022 via a trust managed by the family\u2019s longtime financial adviser, the same man who has overseen much of\u00a0the Osbournes\u2019 property portfolio\u00a0over the years.<\/p>\n

It is one of two units in the same building that have been owned by Ozzy\u2014who died in July from coronary artery disease and Parkinson\u2019s disease at the age of 76\u2014and his family. They\u00a0sold an adjacent condo\u00a0in the high-rise, known as Sierra Towers, for $4.35 million in October 2024.<\/p>\n

The newly listed abode, which offers one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, had previously been put on the rental market in February 2024 for $9,500 a month.<\/p>\n

Although smaller than the family\u2019s other Sierra Towers apartment, this property still boasts more than 1,200 square feet of living space and comes with several luxurious amenities, including plenty of perks afforded to all residents of the lavish building.<\/p>\n

Among those amenities are 24\/7 security, door attendants, valet parking, and front desk service\u2014as well as fitness facilities, an outdoor pool, a steam room, and extra storage.<\/p>\n

The unit is located on the 10th floor and features a large living room with light-wood walls, recessed lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony.<\/p>\n

The galley kitchen has a countertop with seats, stainless steel appliances, and a glossy marble floor. The space also has a dishwasher, plus a washer and dryer.<\/p>\n

The spacious bedroom has a walk-in closet, private terrace, and built-in desk. Meanwhile, the bathrooms are hotel-level luxurious, with details like double vanities, luxe glass showers, and mirrored walls.<\/p>\n

This property still boasts more than 1,200 square feet of living space and comes with several luxurious amenities, including plenty of perks afforded to all residents of the lavish building. Tyler Hogan<\/p>\n

Although it\u2019s unclear who the property was used by, it\u2019s understood that the Osbournes had not resided in the building for some time, having made clear in 2022 their desire to quit Los Angeles and return to their native U.K.<\/p>\n

Though Ozzy and his family had spent many years residing in the U.S., the rocker made no secret of his desire to spend the remainder of his life back home in the U.K., revealing in an interview with The Observer that he and\u00a0his wife,\u00a0Sharon<\/a>, 72, were plotting a return to their home country.<\/p>\n

At the time, the singer said he had grown frustrated with his life in the \u201cf\u2014ing ridiculous\u201d U.S., while also citing gun violence in the country as another reason for his desire to leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything\u2019s f\u2014ing ridiculous [in America]. I\u2019m fed up with people getting killed every day,\u201d he said. \u201cGod knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert. \u2026 It\u2019s f\u2014ing crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the move was postponed after Ozzy faced several health setbacks that required him to remain in\u00a0California\u00a0for longer than he had hoped.<\/p>\n

Just weeks before his death, it appeared that the Osbournes had officially bid farewell to America once and for all, with Sharon explaining to\u00a0Planet Rock<\/a>\u00a0that her husband was finally able to relocate to their home in the U.K. in March of this year\u2014noting at the time that he was thrilled to be joining his Black Sabbath \u201cbrothers\u201d just in time for their final onstage appearance together.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s coming over in March. His brothers [in Black Sabbath], he\u2019s excited to be here with them,\u201d she shared in February, noting that his move would mark the couple\u2019s permanent relocation.<\/p>\n

Less than four months after Ozzy\u2019s return to the U.K., he made a milestone return to the stage, when he and his Black Sabbath bandmates\u2014Tony Iommi,\u00a0Geezer Butler, and\u00a0Bill Ward\u2014performed together for the first time in 20 years at the Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.<\/p>\n

An emotional Ozzy took the opportunity to thank the band\u2019s fans for their support over the years.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to say to you on behalf of the guys in Black Sabbath and myself, your support over the years has made it all possible for us to live the lifestyle that we do,\u201d he told the crowds toward the end of the show. \u201cThank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you; we love you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ozzy died just four weeks later.<\/p>\n

The news of the\u00a0Black Sabbath\u00a0singer\u2019s death was announced via a statement from the Osbourne family, which read, \u201cIt is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.<\/p>\n

His cause of death was later revealed in a death certificate filed in London by his daughter,\u00a0Aimee, which referred to the rocker as a \u201csongwriter, performer, and rock legend,\u201d and noted that his death was a result of cardiac arrest and coronary artery disease.<\/p>\n

In 2020, the\u00a0Black Sabbath\u00a0frontman first revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n

In an interview on \u201cGood Morning America,\u201d he explained that he had been experiencing nerve pain that led to the discovery of his condition.<\/p>\n

Ozzy died of \u201c(a) Out of hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson\u2019s disease with autonomic dysfunction (Joint Causes),\u201d according to reports. FilmMagic<\/p>\n

He also said in January 2024 that he had undergone a staggering \u201cseven surgeries in five years,\u201d including a procedure on his spine in September 2023.<\/p>\n

Speaking about their move in a July 2024 episode of their eponymous podcast, Sharon admitted that they were desperate to return to the U.K. full-time, but that \u201cevery time we\u2019re set to go, something happens with Ozzy\u2019s health.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll get there,\u201d she added. \u201cWe want to go back so bad, but we\u2019ll get there.
