\n\tNewly unsealed disclosure documents reveal that Lively\u2019s bottom line in her ongoing sexual harassment and retaliation battle with Baldoni over the fallout from the Sony distributed flick is in the hundreds of millions \u2013and climbing. Add to that, the Another Simple Favor actress is naming names, very famous names, of individuals like old pal Taylor Swift<\/a> who could have \u201cdiscoverable information\u201d for next year\u2019s trial.<\/p>\n

\n\tA trial that will see A-lister Lively, who is married to the very well-heeled Ryan Reynolds<\/a>, seeking punitive damages in \u201can amount not less than three times the amount of Ms. Lively\u2019s actual damages.\u201d Those actual damages being estimated to be in the vicinity of $161 million, when all is said and done. <\/p>\n

\n\tSo, doing the rough math and accountability, Lively is looking to score nearly $500 million out of all this, once you throw in legal fees and other bits. <\/p>\n

\n\tAdd to that, in what is the opening salvo in a potential witness list, Lively\u2019s Manatt, Phelps & Phillips lawyers detail how the Life of a Showgirl superstar could provide info at the March 9, 2026 starting trial. To be precise, IEWU soundtrack contributor Swift\u2019s insights would be focussed on \u201cthe parties alleged conduct; complaints or discussions about the work environment or conduct on the set of the Film; the production editing, cut, and creative process associated with the Film; publicity surrounding the Film; the retaliation campaign alleged by Ms.Lively and resulting damages suffered.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tReps for Swift, who has resisted various attempts to pull her into this whole affair <\/a>almost since Lively filed a complaint Wayfarer Studios co-founder Baldoni with\u00a0the California Civil Rights department<\/a> last December, did not respond to Deadline\u2019s request tonight for comment on Lively\u2019s disclosure documents from July and September. <\/p>\n

\n\tWhile Swift is the biggest name on Lively\u2019s list (because, let\u2019s be clear, Taylor Swift is one of the biggest stars on the planet), \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d singer is far from the only VIP section resident who could end up in Judge Lewis Liman\u2019s NYC courtroom next spring. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn the running to testify are hubby Reynolds (no surprise), his Deadpool & Wolverine co-star Hugh Jackman, Emily Blunt<\/a>, \u00a0Sony Pictures execs Tony Vinciquerra<\/a>, Tom Rothman<\/a>, Tahra Grant, Gloria Rico Haan and Bridgette Wright, now Paramount exec Josh Greenstein, and Range Media\u2019s Jack Whigham. Lively\u2019s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants\u00a0co-stars Amber Tamblyn, America Ferrera and Alexis Bledel are also on the once confidential list. Additionally, IEWU co-star Jenny Slate, Gigi Hadid, various New York Times reporters, WME\u2019s Ari Emanuel<\/a>, Patrick Whitesell<\/a>, Sarah Self and Danny Greenberg, Soho House\u2019s Samantha Stone, , Scooter Braun<\/a>, , and, rather oddly, Candace Owens are named. Along with Baldoni\u2019s team and lead attorney Bryan Freedman, the sister of his Crisis PR chief Melissa Nathan and New York Post editor-at-large, Sara Nathan is cited too.<\/p>\n

\n\tBig names aside, the real takeaway from Lively\u2019s disclosures will be exactly how much she says Baldoni\u2019s supposed misconduct and alleged online attacks just before IEWU came out in August 2024 truly cost her.<\/p>\n

\n\tAnd it is very exact in a spreadsheet kind of way.<\/p>\n

\n\tA brand even more than a star, Lively\u2019s pursuit of Baldoni for what may have went down on the domestic violence flick and afterwards has always seemed to be about the hits and dings she took. Now, we have actual accounting. <\/p>\n
