Police said Spruill died at the scene of the shooting.Early indications are that the man was shot in a drive-by shooting, but Cincinnati police are still investigating.No further information has been released on a possible suspect in the shooting.The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department&#8217;s Homicide Unit is ongoing.
