There are a lot of apps to help you manage your tasks on the market, but Focii<\/a> is a special one. With its ultra minimal interface, there\u2019s no noise to interrupt the most important part of the ideation process: actually jotting down the idea without forgetting it.<\/p>\n

Top features<\/p>\n

At its core, Focii<\/a> is exactly what you\u2019d expect from a task manager. When creating tasks, you can add a due date, priority level, category, and subtasks.<\/p>\n

Once you have all of your tasks, Focii<\/a> really comes into play. Categories really help break down what work you have to do, and there\u2019s also a toggle to only show tasks that are due today. That means that if you\u2019re someone who writes a lot of things in advance, you won\u2019t need to parse through a bunch of forward looking tasks to find what\u2019s relevant for today.<\/p>\n

With priorities, you can also rank your tasks within a category. There\u2019s also a nifty little feature to set a timer for tasks and subtasks, keeping you on task for a longer period of time.<\/p>\n

Lastly, you can also set up recurring tasks within Focii, just for things you need to do regularly.<\/p>\n
