The gap in quality between the starting XI and the subs on the bench is too big, and that some of them aren\u2019t like for like replacements. Be that as it may, Vincent Kompany ought to be careful with his players.<\/p>\n
D\u00edaz remains an enigmatic player<\/p>\n
There\u2019s no doubt that Luis Diaz is an amazing player, but he can be a polarizing figure at times. Bayern either gets the D\u00edaz that performs well (against Eintracht Frankfurt and Paris Saint-Germain before the red card) or the Diaz that misses 1v1s like or easy chances (against FC Augsburg and this match, that shot when he only had the keeper to beat but stumbled before the shot and blew it wide). Olise and Kane are not robots<\/p>\n
The past few games have shown that while Michael Olise and Kane are unbelievable players, there are limitations to their games. While fans haven\u2019t seen both players light it up recently, maybe it\u2019s a call to Kompany to perhaps add another wrinkle to his already successful system to maximize the abilities of his players. Even without rotations.<\/p>\n
The cockatoo might\u2019ve played a bigger part in Bayern\u2019s season than we think<\/p>\n
When you deep it, Bayern avoided defeat because of an incredibly close offside call and a late Harry Kane goal. Similarly, Bayern got clean sheets throughout the season because of some offside calls and fouls in the build up. This is some next level dark magic, and there\u2019s only one possible source: the club\u2019s coveted cockatoo.

No matter which way you put it, Kompany and Bayern had a TERRIBLE match. The lack of adjustments and late subs combined with the fatigue had the ingredients for a disastrous performance. Some of the players on that pitch had to go off earlier, but didn\u2019t. Manuel Neuer, Josip Stani\u0161i\u0107, and others had a rare stinker, but at the every least it happened during an inconsequential match.<\/p>\n
