Josh, one of owner Robert Kraft\u2019s four sons, previously served on the club\u2019s board of directors and was the head of the New England Patriots Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>New England\u2019s official media guide made note of the changes.<\/p>\n<p>Josh Kraft, of course, is focusing his efforts on <a href=\"https:\/\/nesn.com\/2024\/05\/robert-krafts-son-reportedly-mulling-boston-mayoral-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">the race for mayor<\/a> in Boston.<\/p>\n<p>Boston Mayor Michelle Wu holds a significant lead over Kraft with the city\u2019s preliminary election closing in, 59%-29%, according to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suffolk.edu\/academics\/research-at-suffolk\/political-research-center\/polls\/cityview-polls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">new Boston Globe\/Suffolk University poll<\/a>\u00a0out Monday. Robert Capucci and Domingos DaRosa, the other two candidates, are polling at 0.8% and 2.8%, respectively.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nesn-in-content-ad__copy\">Story continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The Patriots have not released any information regarding his role within the organization since he announced his intention to run.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The New England Patriots now employ one less member of the Kraft family.
