ALEJANDRO GARNACHO (8.4)<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Garnacho\u2019s Chelsea career began somewhat auspiciously, as he was partially at fault for Brentford\u2019s last-gasp equalizer on his debut. And, more pertinently, it\u2019s taken him a while to show what his talents and his game are all about.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">We had seen a few glimpses \u2014 and surely had some idea from his days with Manchester United \u2014 but with two goals and, now, two assists to his name in his last four games, it\u2019s fair to say that he\u2019s settling in and starting to make a difference. And not just on the ball, as Enzo Maresca acknowledged after Saturday\u2019s win.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1teeyfa8 ls9zuh1\">\u201cGarna played a fantastic game on the ball, but he was also top without the ball [\u2026] this is what we need from our wingers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1teeyfa8 ls9zuh1\">\u201cHe arrived here from another club where he was not training 100 per cent, so his physical condition was not good. Slowly, slowly [we have worked on that] and now it\u2019s better. He is doing very well on the ball and is doing well off the ball. He knows that, to play with us, he has to be good on the ball and off the ball. He did not show up on the scoresheet \u2014 secondary assists long overdue for proper recognition \u2014 but he was prime F\u00e0bregas or Lampard with some of his passing from central midfield.
