Outside the Palais Garnier in Paris, Erivo meets a fan who tells her that she has her lost hat. \u201cAre you joking?\u201d Erivo asks with wide eyes, as shown in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@claracrss\/video\/7570373751628434710?is_from_webapp=1&amp;sender_device=pc&amp;web_id=7564587384936367629\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TikTok video<\/a>. \u201cOh my god. May I have it back, please?\u201d The fan, Clara, tells her that the hat is back at her house, as she wasn\u2019t sure if she would bump into Erivo, but shows the Wicked star a photo of the hat before exchanging contact info with her team for the return.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.vulture.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmhts9kgo002a3b78waad8ecj@published\" data-word-count=\"174\">In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@claracrss\/video\/7570732012810554646?is_from_webapp=1&amp;sender_device=pc&amp;web_id=7564587384936367629\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">video<\/a> posted on November 9, Clara explains that she went to the London premiere with some friends and, while searching for them after the movie, she reentered the theater and saw the hat sitting on the floor. A custodian then asked if she wanted the hat; otherwise, it would be thrown away, so she took it to try to find the owner, not realizing who the hat actually belonged to. Her friends told her it was Erivo\u2019s hat from the same night, and she had been trying to find a way to return it ever since. \u201cI kept the hat for a year, and I just wanted to tell her myself, and I didn\u2019t know how to get a hold of her,\u201d she explained before she would be handed it back over via concierge. \u201cShe\u2019s getting the hat back today. I put it in this lovely bag, and I\u2019m giving it back.\u201d As a thank-you, Erivo gave Clara tickets to the London premiere of Wicked: For Good on November 10.
