A popular exercise bike sold nationwide is being recalled for posing fall and injury hazards.<\/p>\n
The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall of 833,000 Peloton Original Series Bike+ Model PL02 units after receiving three reports of seat post breaking and detaching from the bike during use. <\/p>\n
Two fall injuries were reported as a result of the post breaking. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe bike\u2019s seat post assembly can break during use, posing fall and injury hazards to the user,\u201d the recall warns<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cConsumers should immediately stop using the recalled exercise bikes and contact Peloton for a free repair.
