Ruby Rose is blasting \u201ccretin\u201d Sydney Sweeney for allegedly ruining her latest film, \u201cChristy.\u201d<\/p>\n
The \u201cOrange is the New Black\u201d alum slammed Sweeney via Threads<\/a> on Tuesday, shortly after the \u201cEuphoria\u201d actress defended the box office flop<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cThe original Christy Martin script was incredible. Life changing. I was attached to play Cherry. Everyone had experience with the core material,\u201d Rose, 39, shared.<\/p>\n \u201cMost of us were actually gay. It\u2019s part of why I stayed in acting. Sweeney, 28, also became the subject of controversy over the summer thanks to her American Eagle Jeans ad<\/a> that many online felt was riddled with nazi propaganda. <\/p>\n At the time, the ad received praise from President Donald Trump, which Sweeney later said was \u201csurreal.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cFor her PR to talk about it flopping and saying SS did it for the \u2018people.\u2019 None of \u2018the people\u2019 want to see someone who hates them, parading around pretending to be us,\u201d Rose wrote on Tuesday. <\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re a cretin and you ruined the film. Period.
