My coworker, Molly, and I had the chance to check out Onelife\u2019s preview center in McCalla, just down the road from Hoover via 459. They\u2019re prepping to open their 58,000-square-foot facility in a few short weeks, and the list of amenities are impressive. Members can enjoy:<\/p>\n

We spoke with the team just before opening, and they walked us through all of the different types of classes Onelife offers. I was pleased to hear they work hard to make sure all ages, body types and fitness levels have options, from water aerobics, cardio and dance-based classes to stretching, cycle, chair yoga and much more.<\/p>\n

The basic membership is $37.99\/month with a $39 one-time joining fee. You\u2019ll have access to all those great classes and a Free Smart Start session with Inbody composition analysis.<\/p>\n

The premier membership is $47.99\/month with a $19 one-time joining fee. It adds on extra features like monthly body analysis, towel service + recovery components (HydroMassage, red light therapy + more).<\/p>\n
