Interestingly, top stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Kiara Advani are not included in his choices.<\/p>\n Karan Johar reveals his dream cast of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai<\/p>\n In a candid chat with Sania Mirza on Myntra\u2019s Glam Stream, the filmmaker said that if the film were made in the modern era, Alia Bhatt<\/a> would play Anjali, Ranveer Singh would be Rahul, and Ananya Panday would step into Tina\u2019s role originally played by Rani Mukerji<\/a>. He also playfully added that the role of Tina could easily go to Janhvi Kapoor or Sara Ali Khan, calling them part of the \u201cyounger nepo babies\u201d generation.<\/p>\n Regarding nepotism, Karan Johar<\/a> clarified that he has never cast anyone due to their famous parents’ requests. I know they are nepo babies. I’ve seen them grow up in front of me. But none of their parents have ever called me. I have always been the one to call, he said.
