Many people get tattoos they hate as teenagers, but we rarely see anyone choose to wipe the proverbial slate clean just two years later. Still, that\u2019s precisely what social media influencer Sami Sheen<\/a> claims she\u2019s about to do.<\/p>\n

In a video posted to her TikTok<\/a> on November 11, Sheen, who is the daughter of actors Denise Richards<\/a> and Charlie Sheen<\/a>, offered her followers a \u201ctattoo tour.\u201d Tattoo tours are a social media format in which a person, usually someone heavily tattooed, shows each tattoo and shares its story. Usually, the intent behind these videos is to celebrate each design. Sheen, however, said the tattoo tour\u2019s catalyst was her decision to have everything removed. In her video, the 21-year-old says she began getting tattoos at 16 and now, barely out of her teens, already wants 100% of them gone in the next two years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe reason why I\u2019ve never done a tattoo tour before is because I\u2019m severely insecure about all of my tattoos,\u201d Sheen said. \u201cI got all of them before any part of my brain was developed,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Sheen then detailed the 18 tattoos she\u2019s amassed in just five years\u2014a large number, to be sure, though it seems the ink\u2019s impact on Sheen\u2019s career has been minimal. The influencer and model has appeared on reality shows, including Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and alongside her mother in Denise Richards: It\u2019s Complicated, and reports<\/a> earning more than $3 million through her OnlyFans account.<\/p>\n

According to Sheen, she received her first tattoo at age 16\u2014a butterfly with Dominoes to represent the butterfly effect, and a teddy bear holding a flower\u2014but it did not turn out as she wanted. \u201cI don\u2019t know why the lines are so thick,\u201d she remarks in the video.<\/p>\n

The influencer\u2019s least favorite ink, she says, came at 17. It is a \u201ccherub smoking a joint holding a really, really crooked wine class,\u201d placed on her inner right arm. This, Sheen declares, is her \u201cworst tattoo,\u201d and admitted that she regularly wears oversized shirts to conceal the design.<\/p>\n

There are more innocuous tattoos, too, such as a line of slightly illegible text tattooed by her cousin. It reads, \u201cWe accept the love we think we deserve\u201d\u2014a quote from Stephen Chbosky\u2019s eternally popular coming-of-age novel, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which was adapted into a successful film in 2012.<\/p>\n

Several tattoos, Sheen says, came from her \u201ccousin who was practicing tattooing on me, and I was a stupid teenager that wanted tattoos and didn\u2019t care.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019s just one tattoo Sheen says she might keep, but not for sentimental reasons: butterfly wings that stretch across her shoulder blades. \u201cI wanted to die, it was so painful,\u201d Sheen says in the video. \u201c[Removing it] will be the most painful thing in the world,\u201d she says. \u201cBut everything else has to go.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so excited to see all of these tattoos leave my body,\u201d Sheen says. \u201cBut it is going to take probably two years, so I\u2019m dreading it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old, who recently appeared in E!\u2019s series, Denise Richard and Her Wild Things, has been open about her cosmetic work online. In January 2025, she posted a TikTok<\/a> detailing all the cosmetic work she had undergone. The list included lip fillers, a nose job, veneers, a boob job, and extensions. The video has nearly 400,000 likes with comments praising her honesty. One reads, \u201cI\u2019m so impressed by your transparency.\u201d<\/p>\n
