He has made it every season since 2019, including as both a DH and starting pitcher in 2022 and 2023. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">It stands to reason that Ohtani will return to being a two-time All-MLB player next season when he will be pitching full-time. He only threw 47 innings this season, looking as strong as ever with a 2.87 ERA and 62 strikeouts in 47 innings. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Ohtani made the All-MLB team this year for his prodigious offensive output. The Dodgers superstar hit a robust .282\/.392\/.622 with a career-high 55 homers in 158 games. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Elsewhere on the list, Judge was a first-team selection for the fourth time. The three-time AL MVP was once again the best offensive player in baseball. His <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fangraphs.com\/leaders\/major-league?lg=all&amp;qual=y&amp;season=2025&amp;season1=2025&amp;ind=0&amp;type=8&amp;month=35\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">8.6 fWAR<\/a> as a catcher was nearly four wins more than any other player at the position. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">On the pitching side, NL Cy Young favorite Paul Skenes has now made the first team in each of his first two seasons.
