\n\tCarin Le\u00f3n and Kacey Musgraves<\/a> delivered the first live performance of their Spanglish duet, \u201cLost in Translation,\u201d at the 26th Latin Grammys<\/a> on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

\n\tLe\u00f3n began with a rendition of his song \u201cAhi Estabas Tu\u201d before Musgraves appeared on the B-stage, where Le\u00f3n joined her for \u201cLost in Translation.\u201d Musgraves danced in circles with Le\u00f3n as they switched between English and Spanish, bringing their duet to life for the Vegas crowd.\u00a0Watch the performance here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tMusgraves and Le\u00f3n co-wrote \u201cLost In Translation\u201d alongside Amy Allen and Shane McAnally, and had Julian Bunetta produce the song with Matt Zara. They debuted the song in August, blending country with ranchera on the romantic tune. <\/p>\n

\n\tMusgraves has covered songs in Spanish while on tour, including hits by the Queen of Tejano, Selena Quintanilla, and even featured her own rendition of Chilean folk singer\u00a0Violeta Parra\u2019s \u201cGracias a la Vida\u201d on her album,\u00a0\u201cStar-Crossed.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tAt her Mexico City shows in September, she joined Mariachi Oro de Am\u00e9rica to sing \u201cT\u00fa, Solo T\u00fa,\u201d showing love to Mexican music and culture. The 1949 song was written by Felipe Vald\u00e9s Leal and has been recorded by artists like Selena and Linda Ronstadt.<\/p>\n

\n\tLe\u00f3n was nominated across Latin Grammys<\/a> categories for his album, \u201cPalabra De To\u2019s (Seca),\u201d including coveted categories like album of the year, best contemporary Mexican music album and best regional song (for \u201cSi T\u00fa Me Vieras\u201d). <\/p>\n
