Joy Behar<\/a>‘s prized (but now injured) feet \u2014 which were previously caressed on the air by Matthew McConaughey<\/a> \u2014 have returned to their post underneath The View<\/a>‘s Hot Topics table.\n<\/p>\n Following the 83-year-old’s lengthy absence from the daytime talk show<\/a> due to a foot injury, the comedian made her first appearance on the show in a week at the top of Friday’s broadcast.\n<\/p>\n The cohosts did not walk out to the table as usual, with the broadcast beginning with Behar and her colleagues already sitting at the table, where Behar wore a pair of slides instead of proper shoes.\n<\/p>\n “Now, I’ve been off for a few days,” Behar said, before explaining what happened to her foot.\n<\/p>\n Joy Behar shows off foot injury on ‘The View’.<\/p>\n ABC<\/p>\n “I dropped my iPad on my foot and I broke my toe,” Behar noted. “And they put the toes together because it’s broken, and it’s very, very, very painful. I do not recommend you dropping anything on your toes.”\n<\/p>\n Producer Brian Teta previously announced on Thursday’s episode of the Behind the Table podcast that Behar would return to the show the following morning.<\/p>\n Fans grew concerned after Behar, who typically has Mondays off, remained absent from the Hot Topics table on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, missing high-profile interviews with the likes of Sen.
