A few days before Shetty\u2019s interaction, Sunny Deol had confronted the paparazzi waiting outside his home. Frustrated with the constant filming, Sunny said, \u201cAap logon ko sharam aayni chaiyeh\u2026 Aapke ghar mein maa-baap hain, bacche hain.. video liye jaa rahe ho.. Sharam nahi aati (You guys should be ashamed of yourself. You guys also have parents, have kids\u2026 Still are making videos like idiots\u2026 You should be ashamed of yourself),\u201d With folded hands, he urged the media to respect the family\u2019s privacy during a stressful time.<\/p>\n

Karan Johar calls for respect and sensitivity<\/p>\n

Bollywood director Karan Johar also expressed his concern. On Thursday, he shared a heartfelt note on his Instagram Stories, highlighting the emotional stress the Deol family was going through. \u201cWhen basic courtesy and sensitivity leaves our hearts and our actions we know we are a doomed race,\u201d he wrote.He further added, \u201cPLEASE leave a family alone!!!! The veteran star is now recovering and stable. He has been discharged from the hospital and is continuing his medical treatment at home.
