Ms Hughes said using the creche was a “generational” thing in her family. <\/p>\n
She said: “My mum came here with me, and I am 32 now \u2013 that’s how long it’s being going.” <\/p>\n
She uses the creche every week with her two year old son Finley.<\/p>\n
Ms Hughes said: “It’s a community for our children. <\/p>\n
“My son knows all the children and staff there. West Kirby Concourse is supposed to be a community place, so why take away the one thing here which is for the community?”<\/p>\n
Natalie added: “It means everything to me. I was a first time mum, quite isolated. <\/p>\n
“I worked out before I was a mum, and this was the only place that enabled me to carry on with that part of me. <\/p>\n
“For me, motherhood hit me so much harder \u2013 your life completely changes, so being able to carry on with a hobby kept a part of myself.”<\/p>\n
Wirral Council said: “Like many other local authorities, we continue to face severe financial challenges. <\/p>\n
