Although, not for all the exercises. The workout consists of four exercises \u2013 a nice amount that you can get through in 45 minutes \u2013 if you just get your head down and crack on \u2013 and, they\u2019re all multi-joint exercises, so they\u2019ll hit your biggest back muscles to build size and strength. Here\u2019s a breakdown of the workout:<\/p>\n<p>You may like<\/p>\n<p>Pull-ups \u2013 3 x 8-10 repsInverted rows \u2013 3 x 10-12Deficit barbell rows \u2013 2 x 10-15Deficit deadlifts \u2013 1 x 8-12<\/p>\n<p id=\"3759f968-894b-4c37-9d29-80b406817194\">If you\u2019ve looked at that and thought \u2018I can\u2019t do that\u2019, there are adjustments you can make. Firstly, if you can\u2019t do pull-ups, just do banded ones instead. Although, make sure you use a band that enables your last couple of reps to feel tough.
