\n\tAs Disney+<\/a> flirts with a new feature that would allow subscribers to create their own AI<\/a>-generated content within the app, one of the streamer\u2019s real creators is drawing a line.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Own House<\/a> creator Dana Terrace<\/a> urged fans of the animated series to \u201cunsubscribe\u201d from the streaming platform and \u201cpirate\u201d her show after Bob Iger<\/a> revealed plans to create \u201ca much more engaged experience<\/a>\u201d with the new development during Thursday\u2019s quarterly earnings call.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c\u2018If you pay us we\u2019ll let you make your own content slop! That we will own!’\u201d Terrace summed up the feature as she shared the news on X<\/a>. \u201cYOU CAN DRAW AND WRITE AND POST YOUR OWN S*** FOR FREE. Bob Iger and his ilk are f***ing ghouls.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWith GenAI enthusiasts coming out in support of the program and its accessibility for those outside the industry, Terrace rebutted<\/a>, \u201cA \u2018regular person\u2019 can already create movies. Regular people create movies and art everyday. Every director, show runner, artist, film maker I know is a regular person, with limited resources, picking up pens, pencils, and styluses to create movies and art. EVERY. DAMN. DAY.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIger previously announced on this week\u2019s earnings call that the \u201cgame-like feature<\/a>\u201d could roll out on Disney+ soon, lining up with the company\u2019s current mission to use AI to create \u201ca much more engaged experience, including the ability for them to create user generated content and to consume user generated content.\u201d<\/p>\n
