Four masked men armed with guns invaded the South Florida home of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine on Sunday night and held his mother against her will, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Just before 10 p.m., PBSO road patrol deputies were called about an ongoing home invasion burglary in the 6400 block of Duckweed Road near Wellington, Sheriff\u2019s Office spokesperson Teri Barbera said in a statement Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n
Multiple people who were inside the rapper\u2019s home at the time of the burglary told deputies the intruders had handguns, and one suspect held the rapper\u2019s mother outside while the other men \u201cransacked the property,\u201d Barbera said, and \u201casked for cash and car keys.\u201d<\/p>\n
Barbera said miscellaneous belongings were taken but no cars.<\/p>\n
Detectives used K-9s to search the home but had \u201cnegative results,\u201d Barbera said. The intruders may have fled in a car, police said.<\/p>\n
