WNBA star Angel Reese<\/a> suddenly found herself in the headlines after Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green took exception<\/a> to being compared to her by a fan. Now, even Orlando Magic<\/a> center Wendell Carter Jr. has entered the fray, albeit due to an entirely different matter.<\/p>\n

Rumors have been swirling that Carter and Reese are dating. On \u201cRun It Back,\u201d Carter stopped short of confirming<\/a> if he\u2019s been going out with Reese. The 26-year-old big man, however, may have gotten too casual with the way he referred to the <\/a>Chicago Sky<\/a> forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the homie for sure. We\u2019re locked in,\u201d said Carter, eliciting a surprised reaction from host Michelle Beadle.<\/p>\n

\u201cY\u2019all are going to find out when y\u2019all need to find out. That\u2019s my girl though. We\u2019re locked in for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beadle\u2019s co-host, Lou Williams, was quick to tease Carter after his comments.<\/p>\n

\u201cWay to clean that up because when you get that text message like, \u2018Oh homie?\u2019\u201d said Williams, who definitely knows a thing or two\u2014emphasis on two\u2014about dating (IYKYK).<\/p>\n

Nothing says love-filled affection like calling someone your homie.<\/p>\n

There have been signs that Carter and Reese are dating, with the latter frequently spotted at the games of the Magic, including during the team\u2019s first-round matchup against the Boston Celtics in last season\u2019s playoffs. She was also seen at a private birthday party in May, with Carter standing beside her and taking a video of her dancing.<\/p>\n

Fans will continue to find clues if Carter and Reese are seeing each other. For now, they\u2019re just, you know, homies.<\/p>\n
