{"id":299039,"date":"2025-11-18T12:03:23","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T12:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/299039\/"},"modified":"2025-11-18T12:03:23","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T12:03:23","slug":"big-sky-says-refs-made-mistake-at-end-of-sacramento-state-win","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/299039\/","title":{"rendered":"Big Sky says refs made mistake at end of Sacramento State win"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nov 17, 2025, 04:24 PM ET<\/p>\n<p>FARMINGTON, Utah &#8212; The Big Sky Conference said an officiating error was made in the final seconds of <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"2bcff5f8-a7ac-73b2-b5ff-dfbef2fa679c\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/college-football\/team\/_\/id\/16\/sacramento-state-hornets\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sacramento State<\/a>&#8216;s victory over <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"17ac1718-672e-1ec9-97c0-dca947aa72f0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/college-football\/team\/_\/id\/70\/idaho-vandals\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Idaho<\/a> on Saturday night.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement posted to social media Monday, the conference said a pass that was ruled to be completed by Sacramento State with 12 seconds left was not correctly overturned by video review.<\/p>\n<p>It went down as an 18-yard gain to the Idaho 2 to give Sacramento State first and goal.
