\n Tyler Bowen has now landed three commitments in the 2027 class. <\/p>\n

Also got to go in the locker room after the game and go on the field. … My biggest highlights were watching Ohio State win, meeting former players, going in the locker room after the game and seeing the offensive line coaches again.”\n<\/p>\n \n\tFive days before the Buckeyes beat the Bruins, McNeel told On3’s Steve Wiltfong<\/a> that Ohio State was \u201cdefinitely leading the way\u201d in his recruitment. That proved true, as he committed to the Buckeyes on Tuesday.\n<\/p>\n \n\tThe No. 23 offensive tackle and No. 234 overall prospect in the 2027 class, McNeel ranks between Wymer (No. 210) and Wilt (No. 518) in the cycle. Of Ohio State’s now-seven commits in 2027, McNeel is the fifth-highest-rated prospect behind Ohio five-star wide receiver Jamier Brown<\/a>, Texas four-star safety Eli Johnson<\/a>, California four-star quarterback Brady Edmunds<\/a> and Wymer.\n<\/p>\n \n\tMcNeel becomes the fifth commitment in four days for Ohio State, joining Johnson, 2026 defensive end Dre Quinn<\/a>, 2026 tight end Nick Lautar<\/a>\u00a0and 2026 linebacker Braxton Rembert<\/a>.
